Chocolate Cupcake w/ Nut
- 1 box of Devil's food cake mix
- 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter
- 1 cup of whole milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 oz of chopped peanuts
- 2 oz of chopped almonds
Directions:
- Line muffin tins
- Mix butter and eggs for about 30 seconds on low speed
- Start alternating cake mix and milk
- Beat on low for 20 seconds
- Beat 2 minutes
- Incorporate nuts
- Por into greased pan
- bake for 20 min aprox in a prehetad oven at 350F.
- Remove from pan
- Let it cool
Peanut Butter Frosting
- Beat butter and peanut butter in a medium bowl with an electric mixer.
- Gradually add powdered sugar
- Add cream one tablespoon at a time until all of the sugar is mixed in and the frosting is thick.
- Beat for at least 3 minutes until nice and fluff
- Pipe it as desired.
- Topped with a ball, a teddy or abything the daddy of yOur house likes.
