Garlic Rolls
- 3 cups of whole wheat flour
- 3 cups of bread flour
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 oz of fresh yeast
- 2.5 tbs of olive oil
- 2 tbs of fresh garlic(Sauté them with a little olive oil for more flavor)
Directions
- Weight ingredients
- Make a well with dry ingredients (flour, salt )
- In the center dissolve sugar, and yeast.
- Mix well and slowly start adding flour.
- When there's no liquid add the oil and knead for about 10 min.
- Add the fry garlic
- Let the dough rise for 20 min
- Make balls
- Let them rise until they doble therir size and bake
- Brush them with egg and add sesame seeds , if desired, also parmesan would be great ;)
- Bake at 360 F for 15 minutes
Whole wheat Bread with herbs
- 2 cups of whole wheat flour
- 1 cups of bread flour
- 0.5 oz of sugar
- 1/8 tsp of salt
- 1/3 cup of butter
- 1 oz of fresh yeast
- 2 tbs of fresh garlic(Sauté them with a little olive oil for more flavor)
- 1 cup of onion scallops
- 1/2 cup of chopped parsley
- 1 beaten egg

- Weight ingredients
- Make a well with dry ingredients (flour, salt )
- In the center dissolve sugar, and yeast.
- Mix well and slowly start adding flour.
- When there's no liquid add the butter and knead for about 10 min.
- Let the dough rise for 20 min
- Make a sheet of the dough, by rolling it (Like a sugar cookie dough)
- Seal the sides of the sheet with egg
- Add to half of the sheet the chopped herbs and roll them tightly
- Let them rise until they doble therir size and bake
- Brush them with egg and add sesame seeds or flour ,
- Bake at 360 F for 15 minutes
